 A lovely day....

Today first class was taken by Jibi teacher. She taught us the topic 'Characteristics of Personality'. The difference between Acceptance and Adjustment was the main subject we discussed today.


"If you get all the things you wish for....it will leads to adjustment..."

That is, when we reach our goal, there will be adjustment. 

If the goal is too high to reach....it is like เด•ിเดŸ്เดŸാเดค്เดค เดฎുเดจ്เดคിเดฐി เดชുเดณിเด•്เด•ും ...๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

Next hour was Maya teacher's. Today we discussed about Humanism. 

'Man is the maker and master of his own destiny and I therefore ask you become makers of your destiny'....Mahatma Gandhi.

We learnt about the Aims...Hierarchy of Needs, and Curriculum of Humanism.


'Wisdom is knowing what to do next... Competency is how to do it ... And Virtue is doing it... And wisdom appear ina peaceful mind... '

Next was optional... We continued the Micro teaching. Today Emily, Sruthy, Aleena and Josena presented the Skills. 

The next hour was occupied by Joju sir. We today dealt with Non projected Aids like Graphic Aids....cartoons....charts...comics...diagrams...flash cards...graphs... And about Display Boards... Etc...

Later was our college union election process. We proudly selected our 65th union members. It was so nice to see them standing together to hold our hands to the future of us at MTTC...

UNDERSTANDING LEARNING TEACHING. Started from the 3 stages of teaching/learning.... Understand where you are .. Understanding the concept before teaching... The personality of a teacher/ learner... From Energisers....listening(be intellectual not be emotional)....providing contents through allegories....the learners will start to transform.  The curriculum,syllabus,text,lesson plan, class, learning: input and output.....  All these concepts were taught well with so many activities like students' involvements, songs, interactions....  A teacher should have A  S M I L E with him...  A new task given by Deepthi teacher : Watch an education related movie and write about the educational insight reflecting in it. Watching movies is always refreashing and enjoyable. Since it is a task now, I need to not only just watch it but also observe it in a different way, by means of the intentions. I chose the movie Gifted . Today was really an interesting day.  The first class was Maya teacher's. She started the class by reciting a few lines:  “ Anantham, ajnatam, avarnaneeyam, Ee loka golam tiriyunna maargam; Atinkalengandoridatthirunnu Nokkunna martyan kathayentu kandu?” (“Infinite, unknown and ineffable The way this cosmos moves round; What’s found the man, sitting Somewhere there, looking on?”) –  Naalappaattu Naaraayana Menon. And started the class on the topic Realism. We travelled through the Aims of education, Harmony and curriculum related with Realism. According to realism, God is a concept not a reality. And she taught us to find happiness on every little things which makes us feel good. Try to smile more... Next class was Archana teacher's.
