'Universal Uplift' aka Sarvodaya

The first day of school induction program. 

Everybody was excited.

Together towards SARVODAYA ICSE SCHOOL.

Our team arrived at the school right on time ; 08:00 am. The warmth of the school welcomed us... It was really a big building. Its head was held up in the sky....

The first thing that caught my sight was the name : Sarvodaya which means 'universal uplift' also 'progress of all'...the term introduced by our Mahatma Gandhi.


We were treated very well by the staffs, teachers and especially the beloved principal Dr. James T Joseph sir. Each time we spent with them were memorable. First we got the examination duty...the teachers as well as the students called us 'teacher'. It was really a nice experience....They suggested to take a look at hiw exams are conducting and how we need to behave in an examination hall. Later we got the opportunity to attend a class of a teacher who was taking the online class. Asha Abraham teacher was taking the class of 'Representation of solution set on number line'. 


After that, we started to walk around and observed the infrastructure of the school. We captured the pictures...did conversation with staff members...teachers...etc

We also read the school diary and magazines... The history of the school...

It was really a wonderful experience spending time there.... 

Waiting for the next day to see our school again. 

At evening Physical Science department conducted a program related to their association. 


 It was really nice. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Today was a really really wonderful day.  Dr. Hari sir..... What a person!!! Excellent speaker....motivator....teacher..... Being Gifted actually a Gift?

 A new task given by Deepthi teacher : Watch an education related movie and write about the educational insight reflecting in it. Watching movies is always refreashing and enjoyable. Since it is a task now, I need to not only just watch it but also observe it in a different way, by means of the intentions. I chose the movie Gifted . MTTC ൽ ഇന്ന് " കൊല " നടന്നു😱 : ഒന്നല്ല.... അതുക്കും മേലെ.🤪

Today was really an interesting day.  The first class was Maya teacher's. She started the class by reciting a few lines:  “ Anantham, ajnatam, avarnaneeyam, Ee loka golam tiriyunna maargam; Atinkalengandoridatthirunnu Nokkunna martyan kathayentu kandu?” (“Infinite, unknown and ineffable The way this cosmos moves round; What’s found the man, sitting Somewhere there, looking on?”) –  Naalappaattu Naaraayana Menon. And started the class on the topic Realism. We travelled through the Aims of education, Harmony and curriculum related with Realism. According to realism, God is a concept not a reality. And she taught us to find happiness on every little things which makes us feel good. Try to smile more... Next class was Archana teacher's. She continued the class on the topic 'Schools of Psychology.'
